RICO is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Food, calorie, macro and portion results are estimates that may be wrong and must be reviewed before logging. RICO provides general informational tools only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Do not use RICO to manage allergies, an eating disorder, pregnancy nutrition or a medical condition. Seek qualified professional advice when nutrition decisions may affect your health. You remain responsible for what you eat and how you use an estimate.
Founding meal audit
Applying for the founding audit is free and does not create a purchase. If selected, you will receive the complete scope, A$29 price, delivery timing and payment instructions before deciding whether to proceed. The audit covers three submitted days of meals, a written review and one 20-minute debrief. It does not include medical nutrition therapy, guaranteed weight loss, unlimited messaging or an iOS subscription.
You may request a full refund before delivery. RICO will also provide a full refund if it cannot deliver within the agreed timeframe. Rights available under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
RICO Pro
If RICO Pro becomes available, it will be an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. The app will display the current price, billing period and any eligible introductory trial before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm.
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its applicable policies. Deleting RICO does not cancel a subscription.
RICO may change, suspend or discontinue features as the product develops. The website currently accepts applications but does not take payment or unlock paid iOS functionality.
