RICO analyses the meal you choose, lets you correct the result, and stores confirmed entries on your iPhone.
Analysis is unavailable
Check your internet connection and try again. Use a clear photo in good light, keep the full bowl or plate visible, and add a short hint for mixed dishes. You can always log food manually if analysis is temporarily unavailable.
The estimate looks wrong
Review the ingredient list and confidence, adjust the portion, or reanalyse with the missing context—for example, how much broth or sauce you consumed. Do not rely on RICO for allergies or medical nutrition decisions.
Delete local data
Swipe to delete individual meal entries. Weight entries can be removed from Trends. Deleting RICO from your iPhone removes the app's locally stored profile, meals, weights and thumbnails.
Privacy, audit or beta application request
For a website audit or beta application, reply to the RICO email you received and ask for access, correction or deletion. Include no medical records or sensitive health information. In-app meal and weight data stays on your device and can be deleted there.
